Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our IT team and provide technical assistance to our employees. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in resolving technical issues, setting up hardware and software, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets from employees.
Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot issues.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
Set up and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Assist with network and email configuration and connectivity.
Ensure proper functioning of software applications and updates.
Maintain documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology solutions.
Train employees on IT-related tools and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with technology trends and advancements.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is desirable.
