Description

A well established in Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Healthcare Officer. The role involves supporting day-to-day healthcare operations, coordinating with patients and healthcare staff, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth delivery of healthcare-related services.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily healthcare and administrative operations.
Coordinate with patients, healthcare professionals, and support staff.
Handle patient inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain accurate patient records and related documentation.
Schedule and coordinate appointments when required.
Assist with healthcare reports and administrative documents.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Support healthcare staff with administrative and operational requirements.
Follow company policies, healthcare procedures, and safety guidelines.
Assist in resolving routine patient or operational concerns.
Maintain organized records and complete assigned tasks on time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Healthcare Management, Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
Previous healthcare, hospital, clinic, or medical administration experience is an advantage.
Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
UAE/GCC healthcare experience is an advantage.
Relevant healthcare certification or licensing will be an advantage where applicable.
