Description

A healthcare facility in Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Healthcare Officer. The role involves supporting daily healthcare operations, coordinating patient-related activities, maintaining records, and assisting medical and administrative teams with routine requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate routine activities between patients, healthcare staff, and administrative departments.
Assist with patient registration, appointments, and general service coordination.
Respond to patient and visitor inquiries and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain and update healthcare-related records and documentation.
Coordinate schedules and follow up on appointments and service requirements.
Assist medical teams with non-clinical administrative support.
Monitor pending requests and communicate updates to the concerned departments.
Prepare routine reports, forms, and administrative records.
Handle patient information with strict confidentiality.
Support the smooth flow of patients within the facility.
Assist with maintaining required office and healthcare documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers or support teams when operational assistance is required.
Report administrative or service-related issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and applicable confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Health Management, Medical Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a healthcare facility, clinic, hospital, or medical administration is an advantage.
Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and healthcare record management.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Ability to communicate respectfully with patients and healthcare personnel.
Good attention to detail when handling records and documentation.
Ability to manage routine tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
UAE/GCC healthcare experience will be an advantage.
