Menu and Beverage Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and beverages, including wine and cocktails, to provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries confidently.
Order Accuracy and Presentation: Relay orders promptly and correctly to the kitchen, check food and drinks before serving, and present dishes in accordance with fine dining standards.
Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are set, clean, and properly organized before, during, and after service. Clear and reset tables efficiently and handle any spills or disruptions.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff, including kitchen and bar teams, to deliver a smooth, coordinated service.
