We are seeking a talented and creative Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in various hair treatments and styling techniques while providing excellent customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles
Perform hair washing, blow-drying, and scalp treatments
Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of tools and the workstation
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
Recommend hair care products and services to clients
Handle appointments and manage client records when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Stylist
Knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a busy salon environment
Certification in cosmetology or hairstyling is an advantage
