Requirements:

Previous experience in a guest services or front desk role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with poise.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and standard office applications.
A professional and polished appearance, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is a plus.
