Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

Location: Jumeirah, Dubai

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Supervisor in Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests. The Guest Service Supervisor will lead a team of service professionals and contribute to the overall success of our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the guest services department
Train and supervise guest service staff to ensure exceptional service standards
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
Assist in managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed
Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
Resolve escalated issues and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements:
Proven experience in a guest service or supervisory role within a luxury hotel
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry standards
Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
