As a Guest Services professional at our luxurious hotel in Dubai, you will be the ambassador of hospitality, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay. Your warmth, attention to detail, and dedication to exceeding guest expectations will set the tone for their experience. Key responsibilities include:

Guest Welcome: Provide a warm welcome, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and escort guests to their rooms.
Concierge Services: Offer recommendations, book reservations, arrange transportation, and fulfill special requests.
Information Hub: Serve as an information hub for guests, providing details about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly, finding solutions to ensure a seamless stay.
Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments, ensuring guest needs are met.
VIP Treatment: Recognize and provide special attention to VIP guests and repeat visitors.
Safety: Monitor and ensure the safety and security of guests, following established procedures.

Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Knowledge of Dubai’s attractions and services.
Previous experience in guest services or a similar role.
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
