Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general airport procedures.
Provide professional customer service and respond to passenger inquiries.
Assist with baggage-related procedures and passenger documentation.
Coordinate with airport and airline teams to ensure smooth operations.
Guide passengers to the appropriate counters, gates, and facilities.
Follow airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
Handle passenger concerns professionally and efficiently.
