Graphic Designer

Description

A well-established company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop professional visual content for marketing, branding, digital platforms, and company communications. The role involves creating engaging designs while maintaining consistent brand standards across all materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Create creative and professional designs for digital and print materials.
Develop social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
Design marketing materials according to company branding guidelines.
Work with internal teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
Create visual concepts and design layouts based on briefs.
Edit images, photographs, and other visual content as required.
Prepare artwork for digital publication and printing.
Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall brand identity.
Create presentations, advertisements, company materials, and promotional graphics.
Manage multiple design projects and meet assigned deadlines.
Organize and maintain design files and project assets.
Stay updated with current graphic design, social media, and visual-content trends.
Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality.
Support marketing and promotional campaigns with creative visual content.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a Graphic Designer is an advantage.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar design tools.
Good understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and visual composition.
Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of social media design requirements is an advantage.
A portfolio demonstrating previous design work is preferred.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
