Key Responsibilities:
Perform various clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Assist in sorting and distributing mail, parcels, and deliveries.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office by regularly cleaning common areas and workspaces.
Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, beverages, and pantry items.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of office equipment and maintenance.
Physical ability to carry out tasks such as lifting and moving light objects.
