Handle reservations, check-outs, and payments efficiently
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
Maintain accurate records and update the booking system
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Uphold the hotel’s standards of service and hospitality
Requirements:

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office tools
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
