Financial Manager

Description

A highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager is required to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and overall financial operations. The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in managing financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements for management
Monitor company cash flow, expenses, and profitability
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Manage accounting operations and financial controls
Support strategic decision-making with financial insights
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
Identify cost-saving and revenue improvement opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Professional certification is an advantage)
Proven experience in financial management or senior accounting role
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
