In the role of Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our organization’s financial activities. Responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, risk assessment, and compliance with financial regulations. The Finance Manager will lead a team of finance professionals, contribute to financial strategy, and provide critical insights to senior management.

Responsibilities
 Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
 Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in the UAE.
 Manage and optimize the organization’s cash flow by monitoring and controlling expenses, revenue, and working capital.
 Identify and assess financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. This may include managing insurance policies, hedging, or other risk management tools.
 Ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize the organization’s tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
 Oversee investment decisions, including the management of surplus funds and the evaluation of investment opportunities.
 Analyze costs and cost structures to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
 Ensure that the organization complies with financial and accounting regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
 Contribute to the development of the organization’s financial strategy and long-term financial goals.
 Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and suppliers to optimize cost and payment schedules.
 Coordinate and manage financial audits by internal and external auditors.
 Take care of the accounting of the company in an excellent manner.
 Adhoc duties assigned by Executives.

Qualifications and skills
 Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
 Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or higher role.
 Proficiency in financial analysis / management software and tools, such as ERP systems and Accounting softwares.
 Deep understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles and tax laws in the UAE.
 Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting financial information and interacting with team members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
 Proficiency in identifying financial issues and devising solutions to address them.
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
 Ability to adapt to changing financial markets and business environments.
