Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing our financial operations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to support our company’s growth and financial stability.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the financial team, including accountants and financial analysts.
Monitor and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and projections to senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance for decision-making.
Assess and manage financial risks, proposing strategies to minimize potential impacts.
Stay updated on financial regulations and legislation, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external partners.
Provide guidance on tax planning and optimization strategies.
Lead and contribute to special financial projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience (X+ years) in a finance management role.
Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
