Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of hospitality staff, including waitstaff, housekeeping, and front desk personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Guest Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards, addressing guest concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Training and Development: Train new employees, conduct ongoing training sessions, and provide coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Shift Coordination: Organize staff schedules, assign tasks, and oversee shift changes to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
Quality Control: Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience, taking corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock usage to prevent shortages and wastage.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and regulations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in Dubai.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Knowledge of hospitality operations, service standards, and guest relations.
