Job Description:
We are currently hiring dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Factory Associates in our textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality textile products. The Factory Associates will work collaboratively to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment in the textile production process
Monitor and maintain quality standards of manufactured products
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their efficient operation
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
Inspect and pack finished products for shipment
Contribute to a clean and organized workspace
Assist in other production-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred
Ability to operate machinery and equipment effectively
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
