Facilities Coordinator

Description

• In charge of coordinating with all discipline required for day to day PPM and Corrective works (MEPC) with FM supervisors assigned work.
• Coordinate with all Sub-contractor for any required projects.
• Prepares necessary permits and access.
• Prepares necessary document for invoicing process.
• Work order closing.
• Ensure all WO details for closing with proper description, date, time, staff and necessary requirement of the CAFM.
• Update and file all service reports related to subcon, specialty contractors, and in house WO and reports.
• Coordinate with other department for any operation issues.
• Take Dispatcher’s duties and responsibilities as required.
• Any other duties given by FM Site Manager related to the operation scope and trade.

Requirements:
Previous 2-3 years experience as a Facilities Coordinator is required.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Job Location in Abu Dhabi
Preference will be given to those who can join immediately on cancel/visit visa.
