Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B Staff to join our team in Dubai. The F&B Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide detailed information about the menu, including ingredients and special dietary needs.
Assist in setting up and cleaning tables, ensuring the dining area is tidy and presentable.
Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
Maintain knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and special offers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills.
Requirements:

Previous experience in food and beverage service or a related role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
A team player with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
