Event Co-ordinator – VIP Services – Exciting Opportunity in Dubai

Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring VIPs receive personalized attention and care? Join our prestigious team in Dubai as a Coordinator for VIP Services and play a key role in delivering unparalleled hospitality to our esteemed guests.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests, providing personalized assistance and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
Coordinate VIP arrivals and departures, including arranging airport transfers, room reservations, and special requests.
Liaise with various hotel departments to fulfill VIP requirements promptly and efficiently.
Provide VIP guests with detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Anticipate VIP guests’ needs and preferences to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
Handle VIP inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly, resolving issues to the guests’ satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of VIP guest preferences, special requests, and feedback for future reference.
Assist in organizing VIP events, receptions, and special occasions, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on VIP services.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with VIP guests.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach to guest service, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized solutions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest preferences.
Proficiency in hospitality software and Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field.
