Description

A highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator is required to plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish. The selected candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful event operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate corporate, social, and promotional events
Communicate with clients to understand event requirements
Manage event schedules, budgets, and logistics
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers
Oversee event setup, execution, and closing activities
Ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations
Prepare reports and maintain event documentation
