Description

A leading educational institution is hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to plan and deliver engaging English lessons, support students’ academic development, assess learning progress, and create a positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver English lessons according to the required curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, activities, and assessments.
Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary.
Assess students’ academic performance and monitor their progress.
Provide constructive feedback and additional support where required.
Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and academic records.
Create an engaging, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
Use appropriate teaching methods and educational resources to support learning.
Identify students’ learning needs and adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress when required.
Participate in school meetings, training sessions, workshops, and academic activities.
Support extracurricular and school events when required.
Maintain classroom discipline and follow school policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other teachers and academic staff.
Stay updated with effective teaching practices and subject knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Teaching qualification or relevant teaching certification is preferred.
Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
Strong spoken and written English.
Good classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to create engaging lessons and learning activities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Patient, responsible, and student-focused approach.
Good computer skills and familiarity with digital learning tools.
UAE teaching experience is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and management.
