Engineering Supervisor

Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations in a hotel environment. The successful candidate will supervise technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to engineering emergencies, and ensure all hotel facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily engineering and maintenance activities.
Allocate work and monitor the performance of maintenance technicians.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for hotel facilities and equipment.
Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and other building systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and engineering emergencies.
Ensure guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, back-of-house areas, and equipment are maintained properly.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, logbooks, and work orders.
Coordinate with hotel departments regarding maintenance requests.
Monitor contractors and third-party service providers.
Ensure all work complies with hotel safety, health, and operational standards.
Assist with energy and water conservation initiatives.
