Description

A reputable company in Dubai is looking for an organized and motivated Education Coordinator to support academic and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with teachers, students, parents, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day educational operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily academic and educational activities.
Prepare and maintain class schedules, timetables, and training programs.
Coordinate with teachers, instructors, students, and parents.
Monitor student attendance and maintain accurate records.
Assist with student registration, admissions, and documentation.
Organize meetings, workshops, training sessions, and educational events.
Support teachers and instructors with required resources and materials.
Monitor academic activities and report concerns to management.
Maintain student records, reports, and other educational documents.
Respond to student and parent enquiries in a timely manner.
Assist in implementing educational policies and procedures.
Ensure smooth communication between academic and administrative departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in education, training, or academic administration.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and administrative systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
UAE education-sector experience is an advantage.
