Job Summary
The Duty Manager is responsible for supervising daily operations, handling guest issues, managing staff on duty, and ensuring smooth service delivery while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and staff during assigned shifts
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Prepare shift reports and operational updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Support emergency handling and incident reporting
Assist management with operational planning and staff supervision
