Job Title: School Bus Driver

We are currently seeking responsible and caring School Bus Drivers to join our team. If you have a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with passenger and school bus endorsements, a commitment to student safety, and a professional demeanor, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a school bus following designated routes and schedules.
Pick up and drop off students at designated stops while ensuring their safety.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
Follow all traffic and safety regulations to ensure the safety of students and other drivers.
Maintain discipline and a respectful atmosphere on the bus.
Assist students with disabilities or special needs when required.
Report any issues, incidents, or delays to the appropriate school authorities.
Communicate and collaborate with school staff and parents as needed.
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the school bus.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on safety procedures.

Qualifications:
Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
Strong commitment to student safety and punctuality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and the ability to work with students of different ages.
Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of traffic and safety regulations.
