Document Controller

Description

A well-established company in Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Document Controller. The role involves managing company and project documentation, maintaining accurate records, controlling document flow, and ensuring that files are properly organized and accessible to authorized team members.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain physical and digital documents.
Receive, register, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing documents.
Maintain proper filing systems and document databases.
Ensure documents are correctly named, categorized, and archived.
Monitor document revisions and maintain the latest versions.
Coordinate with project, engineering, administration, and management teams.
Prepare document transmittals, registers, and reports.
Ensure confidential documents are handled securely.
Retrieve documents quickly when required by authorized personnel.
Follow company document-control procedures and standards.
Assist in preparing project and administrative documentation.
Maintain accurate records of document submissions and approvals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Document Controller or in administrative documentation is an advantage.
Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines.
Experience with document management systems is an advantage.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
