Position: Day Care Staff

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and energetic individuals to join our day care team. As a Day Care Staff member, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor children to ensure their safety and well-being.
Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
Assist children with daily routines such as meals, nap times, and hygiene.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment to encourage social and emotional development.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of play and activity areas.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in child care or early childhood education is a plus.
Previous experience working with children in a professional setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including mornings and afternoons.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
