Position: Data Entry Operator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into company databases and systems.
Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update records with new data and information.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Ensure data confidentiality and security.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Assist with generating reports from entered data when required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, or a similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in computer or data-related fields are a plus.
