Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring that information is maintained efficiently and securely. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our business and requires a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into various databases and systems.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Retrieve and organize data for reports, documents, and presentations.
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Review data for errors, correct any inconsistencies, and ensure data quality.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
