Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
– Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
– Provide accurate information about company products and services.
– Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
– Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
– Maintain records of customer interactions and requests.
– Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
– Collect customer feedback and report issues to management.
– Meet customer service and performance targets.
– Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
– Freshers are welcome to apply.
– Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Good English communication skills.
– Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
– UAE experience is an advantage.
