Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries and provide them with the necessary information.
Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Guide customers to the correct department or staff for further assistance.
Manage and update customer records and reports.
Answer phone calls and emails, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate person.
Maintain a clean and organized customer service desk area.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Provide support to the customer service team as needed.

Requirements:
No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (MS Office) are an advantage.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent.
