Hello, we are a leading Dubai- based photo studio offering family photography services around the UAE. As our company grows we are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who is very good when it comes to:

– Customer relationships
– Team organizing
– Time management

In our company, we do focus a lot on providing the best experience so we need the person to be very good at communication skills and to be able to solve issues on their own.

Requirements:
– Experience in Customer Service 2 Years +
-Speaking as many languages as possible
– To manage the studio bookings, and customers photo sessions, to be the main point of contact person between the photographer, photo editors, and the client
– To manage that studio and photographers are fully equipped with what is required for the photo sessions
– To manage along with the owner any other issues which are appearing in the company
– To manage the invoices* customer payments
