Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the sales counter
Provide detailed information about products and services
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, card, and other payment methods
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales counter
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Assist in stock management and replenishment of display shelves

Requirements:
Previous experience in counter sales or a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Positive attitude and a friendly personality
