Construction Helper

Description

We are looking for Construction Helper.

Key Responsibilities

Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other skilled workers with daily construction activities.
Load, unload, move, and arrange construction materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite.
Prepare construction materials such as cement, mortar, concrete, and other required materials under supervision.
Perform excavation, backfilling, and general site preparation work as assigned.
Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and storage areas to ensure a safe and organized site.
Assist in erecting and dismantling scaffolding, barricades, and temporary site structures under supervision.
Remove debris, waste materials, and unwanted construction materials from the site.
Support material handling, transportation, and distribution across different work locations.
Follow instructions from Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Foremen at all times.
Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or hazards to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Perform other construction-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements

Previous experience in construction work is mandatory.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors.
