Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise construction projects from beginning to end.
Direct and lead construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively.
Implement and enforce safety measures on the construction site.
Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
Communicate project progress and updates to the project manager and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
