Description

Monitoring and controlling computer systems and related equipment, such as printers and scanners
Responding to system alerts and error messages and taking appropriate action to resolve issues
Running system backups and performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
Managing system resources and prioritizing job queues to ensure timely and accurate processing of data
Performing data entry and running batch processing jobs as required
Ensuring the security and integrity of data by implementing and following data protection policies and procedures
Providing technical support to users and assisting with basic troubleshooting tasks
Documenting system procedures and maintaining accurate records of system activity.
