Description

We are looking for a Clinic Receptionist to join our team and oversee the organization and maintenance of patient records in our healthcare facility.

Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone in a courteous and professional manner

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments

Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately

Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures

Answer inquiries regarding services, billing, or policies, and direct more complex issues to the appropriate staff

Collect co-pays and process payments

Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
