We are hiring a Client Relations Assistant who will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and messages
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain and update client records and databases
Assist in resolving client issues and complaints
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
