Join our team as a Catering Supervisor and play a key role in overseeing and managing our catering operations. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising catering events, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee catering events, including planning menus, arranging logistics, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Supervise and train catering staff, providing guidance and support to maintain service standards, promote teamwork, and uphold a positive work environment.
Communicate with clients to understand their specific event needs, address concerns, and provide personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor catering budgets and expenses, managing inventory and supplies, and implementing cost-effective strategies to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and enforcing proper food handling and sanitation practices at all times.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. Previous experience in a catering or hospitality leadership role is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of catering and event planning principles, with a solid understanding of food service operations and industry standards.
Proficiency in using catering management software and tools for menu planning, event scheduling, and budget tracking.
