We are seeking an experienced and innovative Catering Manager to join our team. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, including planning, coordination, and execution of events. Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of catering events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Create customized menus and proposals to meet clients’ needs and budgets.
Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Ensure all catering operations comply with health and safety regulations.
Oversee event logistics, including set-up, service, and breakdown.
Monitor event budgets and expenses to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the culinary team to design and innovate menu offerings.
Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback.
Market and promote catering services to attract new clients and grow the business.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is essential.
Strong knowledge of catering operations, menu planning, and event coordination.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in computer software for menu planning and event management.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
