We are is a leading catering company known for providing exceptional culinary experiences for a variety of events, from corporate meetings to weddings and social gatherings. We are seeking a talented and organized individual to join our team as a Catering Coordinator. This role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of catering services and delivering memorable experiences for our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, gathering event details, and guiding them through the catering process from initial consultation to event execution.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, dietary restrictions, and budget constraints, offering menu recommendations and customizing catering packages to meet their needs.
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and logistics, including menu selection, event timelines, venue setup, staffing requirements, equipment rentals, and transportation arrangements.
Communicate effectively with internal departments, including culinary staff, service teams, and logistics personnel, to ensure alignment and coordination of resources for successful event execution.
Prepare and distribute event contracts, proposals, and invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and payment schedules, and following up on outstanding balances and deposits as needed.
Conduct site visits and walkthroughs at event venues to assess space requirements, layout options, and logistical considerations, and address any special requests or accommodations from clients.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, event specifications, vendor contracts, and other pertinent information in the catering management system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference.
Provide on-site supervision and support during events, overseeing setup, service, and breakdown activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners, representing the company professionally and promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in catering sales, event coordination, or hospitality management, with a strong track record of managing multiple events simultaneously and exceeding customer expectations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills to manage event logistics, timelines, and resources efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to navigate challenges and unexpected changes during events while maintaining professionalism and composure.
Proficiency in using catering management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for managing client communications, event planning, and administrative tasks.
Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events and travel to various event locations as needed.
Passion for hospitality, culinary arts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the catering industry.
