Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our supermarket team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
Scan and process items accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment in adherence to company policies.
Maintain a neat and organized checkout area, including the arrangement of products and promotional displays.
Assist customers with any inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service position is preferred.
Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
