Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cashier Supervisor to lead our cashier team. As a Cashier Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and accurate cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and supervising cashier operations. Responsibilities:
Oversee cashier operations, including cash handling, transactions, and customer interactions.
Train and supervise cashier staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
Monitor cashier performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Ensure cash registers are accurately balanced at the beginning and end of shifts.
Resolve customer complaints or issues related to cashier services.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including ensuring the availability of supplies.
Assist cashiers with complex transactions or situations.
Create and maintain cashier schedules and manage staffing levels.
Assist in cashier recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to cash handling.
Collaborate with the management team to improve cashier processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Cashier Supervisor or in a cashier role with supervisory responsibilities is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in cash handling, including counting money and making change.
Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with professionalism.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
Basic computer skills for managing cashier transactions and schedules.
