Responsibilities
Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Operate the POS system and process customer purchases.
Issue receipts and invoices to customers.
Verify prices, discounts, and promotional offers.
Maintain accurate cash drawer records and perform cash reconciliation.
Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries.
Report cash discrepancies or payment issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Follow company cash-handling and security procedures.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Assist with basic store duties when required.
Requirements
Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge.
Honest, punctual, and reliable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
