Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications and requirements.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and other materials to construct frameworks, structures, and fixtures.
Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and shelves according to specifications.
Repair or replace damaged woodwork, including furniture, cabinetry, and building frameworks.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Collaborate with other construction workers, supervisors, and clients to ensure successful project completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning up work areas and properly storing tools and materials.
Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations on materials, designs, and finishes.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
