Description

A reputed company in Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Caregiver. The role involves providing compassionate day-to-day support to elderly individuals, recovering individuals, or those requiring assistance with daily activities while maintaining their comfort, dignity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with meals and basic household-related tasks when required.
Support clients with walking and safe movement.
Monitor general well-being and report concerns to the supervisor or appropriate healthcare professional.
Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for the client.
Assist with maintaining daily care records and activity updates.
Remind clients about scheduled medications as instructed by the responsible healthcare professional or family member.
Accompany clients to appointments or activities when required.
Follow individual care plans and company procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and respect the client’s privacy and dignity.
Communicate politely and effectively with clients and their families.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Caregiver, Healthcare Assistant, Home Care Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Caring, patient, responsible, and compassionate personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to assist with mobility.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic English communication skills.
Relevant caregiving or healthcare qualification is an advantage.
UAE/GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
