Description

A reputable company is hiring a Call Center Agent to handle customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve basic inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The position is suitable for both experienced candidates and motivated freshers with good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer questions and provide relevant information.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Record customer interactions and update information accurately.
Follow company procedures and communication standards.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain a polite and helpful approach during every interaction.
Meet assigned performance and service targets.
Assist with follow-up calls when required.
Perform other customer service duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills in English.
Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
