Business Development Manager

A reputable organization is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Manager. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, building strategic relationships, and supporting sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and business outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop and implement business development and sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial documents.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track business development activities.
Work toward assigned sales and revenue targets.
Develop strategic partnerships and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly addressed.
Prepare regular business development and performance reports.
Maintain high standards of client service and encourage long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.
Target-oriented and results-driven approach.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.
UAE market experience is an advantage.
UAE driving license is an advantage for field-based roles.
