Description
A skilled and reliable Building Maintenance Technician is required to handle general maintenance and repair works in residential or commercial buildings. The selected candidate will ensure all building systems and facilities are functioning properly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair of building systems
Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works
Inspect building facilities and report faults or damages
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks
